Starting 2023 off with a… pop!
Dalston’s Soda is an East London favourite and as a former local, I was excited to give my go-to soda brand a refresh.
The brief was difficult but not impossible. I was tasked with taking the existing brand and unifying their assets once more, maintaining the current logo while creating a new brand style guide and direction for 2023. Having already defined themselves as a music-loving 90s helped give me a push in the right direction as I deep-dived on competitors, stripped back their fonts, redefined illustration styles and refined the colour palette.
The rebrand also included an editable customised Google slide deck template, templates for social media, new flyers/poster design, new drink cans designs incorporating fonts (currently in testing phases), merchandise, and art direction for imagery and video content that is currently being created in-house.
We are currently working together on their new website, launching May 2023.
